I initially went to see Madeleine because I had lots of different pension pots and ISAs and I wanted to tidy them all up and sort out income protection for my new company.

I work in site-finding for care homes and retirement villages. This was my second business. I had my own consultancy, went into employment and then I’m back in consulting again.

Madeleine is entirely approachable; she never forgets a birthday. If you’re ill, she sends a ‘get well card’ and there’s a personal touch there. She’s very straightforward and honest and tells you how things are; she’s a breath of fresh air!

Madeleine was very local to where I used to live and I could pop round and have a chat with her and drop off all my paperwork to her and she’d sort it all out.

I’m in my mid 40s now. I’ve been married since I first met Madeleine and moved a couple of times. Madeleine has helped me to plan ahead for the future.

I’ve always had an eye on what I’ll be doing in the next 10 to 15 years but Madeleine ensures I have a full understanding of where my money is going and where the risks are. She helps me gain a clear picture of where I’m likely to be in a few years’ time. And she gives me advice on more tax efficient ways of doing things. One of the first things she talked to me about was my attitude to risk. She understands what I’m comfortable with.

Madeleine is very professional and very prompt in her replies to you. You’re never left hanging. I can’t fault her and I have absolutely no problem in recommending her to others.
